-15 minute quarters; running clock until the final 60 seconds of Q4 and Overtime, then clock stops all deadballs.

-All Fouls in the final 30 seconds of Q1, Q2 and Q3 will be 2 shots.

-Before the final 60 seconds, clock stops on injuries, or any extended stoppage of play.

-All fouls in final 60 seconds and overtime are 2 shot shooting fouls.  A foul on a 3 point attempt will be 3 shots.

-Each team gets 2 timeouts per half.  60 seconds per timeout.  Timeouts don't carry over from first to second half.

-Offense calls its own fouls. 

-3 pointers count, defense can rule it is only 2 if they are certain.

-First Overtime is 3 minutes.  Second Overtime is 1 minute.  Third Overtime is sudden death.

-Begin games on time.

-If a team is short players, teams can borrow players if both teams agree.  Teams may also make game 4 on 4 if both teams agree.
