Philosophy

The Shamrocks organization is dedicated to developing the skill, strength and athleticism of Shamrock  baseball players and to developing our players to be role models in sportsmanship. We expect high standards of discipline, teamwork, and respect. Through a competitive playing schedule and a rigorous training program, the Shamrocks program takes young players and chisels them into skilled players and model members of society.
