2021 Football Registration 

(Due upon sign ups)

Football has a NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee of $175.00 

(Football registration fee $135.00 + MBYFL insurance fee $40.00)

(Football Equipment NON-REFUNDABLE Fee $240.00 due upon receiving equipment)

2021 Cheer Registration 

Cheer (Pee Wee & Midgets ONLY) have a NON-REFUNDABLE-  TRYOUT FEE of $75.00.

(The remaining $100.00 will be due once the cheerleader makes the team.) 

There will be NO TRYOUTS for Mighty Mites and Jr Pee Wee Cheer. 

(Registration will be on a first come first service bases. The full $175.00 will be due upon registering.)

2 copies of proof of address (1 drivers license for new comers) 

copy of birth certificate to register 

All registrants must have a completed physical dated after March 1st, 2021 and will need to be filled out on the MBYFL physical form.

Mighty Mites: 4-6 years old (flag) NO WEIGHT REQUIREMENTS

Jr. Pee Wees 6-9 years old (NO MIN WEIGHT. 6-8 UNDER 100 LBS, 9 YRS UNDER 72 LBS)

Pee Wees 9-12 years old (NO MIN WEIGHT. 9-11 UNDER 135 LBS, 12 YRS UNDER 92 LBS)

Midgets 11-14 years old (NO MIN WEIGHT. HIGH SCHOOLERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE)
