The Niagara Basketball Association, that is refereed by the Niagara District Basketball Referees Association has moved to the standard rules of the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).  The NBA formerly used the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) rules.  This is the general trend in all levels of basketball.  A PDF of the differences has been posted on the Handouts page.
