- In spite of a solid performance from Hannah Burk with 14 points, Holcomb fell to Hayti 59-44.
- Burk was the front runner for Holcomb Lady Hornets Varsity's offense with 14 points, including five during the fourth period. She also contributed two rebounds.
- Two other players also racked up double digit scores for Holcomb. Macy Houart put up 13 points and Bailey Cupples contributed 10 points. Also contributing for Holcomb were Sarah Williams (4 points, 4 rebounds, 1 steal) and Kiarstan Presson (3 points, 4 rebounds).
- Holcomb finished the game with 37 rebounds (14 offensive / 23 defensive), one block and two steals.
