MISSION STATEMENT

We believe that playing basketball is an excellent avenue to teach moral principles and characteristics such as dedication, teamwork, discipline, self-confidence, and sportsmanship.

OUR APPROACH

We see the value in exposing campers to various training drills and facilitating a positive atmosphere full of enthusiasm, encouragement and intensity.  These drills will stress the fundamentals and tailored to address all skill levels.  We provide daily sessions where these new or developed skills will be put to test through a balance of fun contest and games.   The girls are typically placed in groups by the grade they will enter in the upcoming school year.

OUR STAFF

Our camp staff consists of the Conwell-Egan Girls Basketball Varsity and JV coaching staffs as well as current and former players.  The staff at Conwell-Egan has collectively 40+ years of coaching at the CYO, AAU and High School levels.  We also recruit guest speakers that provide insight into basketball as well as life lessons that the campers can relate and apply on and off the court.
