EVERYONE’S time is important.  In an effort to meet everyone’s needs, I have to schedule out several days in advance, sometimes weeks.  Understandably, things come up; kids get sick; school practices get cancelled and rescheduled.  However, when a session gets cancelled that leaves spots open when I have people waiting to get scheduled in; and that is not fair to them or to the Academy. 

EFFECTIVE immediately if a session is missed or not cancelled 12 hours in advance, there will be a $25.00 cancellation fee that is non refundable.  I WILL attempt to reschedule the missed session, but I can’t promise an immediate availability.
