Sean Urda Memorial Soccer Scholarship - 2025 Application

Eligibility

• HS Senior who has applied to and received acceptance to a college/university
• HS Boys Varsity Soccer Player
• Must be registered and playing on a Club soccer team
• Must be a John Glenn High School Senior Varsity Soccer Player &/or Score FC Senior Soccer Player &/or a Suffolk County Senior HS/Club Soccer Player
• Scholarship funds will only be paid out to the learning institution
• Must complete application below and include copy of transcript

Awards

• John Glenn High School Senior Soccer Player
• Score FC Senior Soccer Player
• Suffolk County HS/Club Senior Soccer Player

Amount: $1,400.00

Recipients of the Sean Urda Memorial Soccer Scholarship will be announced by June.
