From the north ...
Take the Long Island Expressway to Exit 56 ... Wheeler Road
Travel south on Wheeler Road .. Wheeler Road turns into Carleton Ave.
Continue traveling south on Carleton Ave.
The SUSA Sports Complex will be on your right.
From the south ...
Take the Southern State Parkway to Exit 43A ... Carleton Ave. 
Travel north on Carleton Ave.
The SUSA Sports Complex will be on your left.

 YOUR VARSITY COACH MUST GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO APPLY ! 
DO NOT APPLY UNTIL ... Friday October 17, 2025
Applications are due on or before ...
Sunday November 9th * 8pm 
                                                                        
SECOND ...
 YOU MUST FILE AN APPLICATION  
At the top of the website just to the right of ... WELCOME
Hover over the word  "ABOUT" icon
Then ...  Click on ...  All-Star Senior Game Application
This will allow you to type out your application and e-mail it directly
to the All-Star Senior Game Coordinator.

Simply ...  TYPE your application right on the web site and hit ...  SUBMIT
 
Once your application has been received by the All-Star Senior Game
Coordinator your name will be posted below and you will be allowed to tryout.
* You are no longer allowed to send in your application by U.S. Mail 

IMPORTANT ...
Once your application is submitted the All-Star Senior Game Coordinator
will know by the date posted on your application if you met the deadline.
If the date on your application is October 26th 8:01pm or later your
application will not be accepted and you will not be allowed to tryout.
If you miss the deadline and then show up you will be asked to leave !

  * You MUST print out, sign and bring your "Committment to Play" form.  
***************************************************************************************
COMMITTMENT FORM
Players are required to sign a COMMITTMENT form and hand it to the Coordinator
before leaving the practice. This committment form lets the coaches know that
you will participate in the AFP All-Star Senior Game. 
 When you sign the form and do not play in the games your name will not  
 be mentioned at the SCSCA All-Star Awards Banquet.

Print out a Committment Form.
Fill out the form & Sign the form.
Bring the signed form with you.

          1st Try-Out Session ...
                  Tuesday November 11th * 3pm - 5pm 
                  at The SUSA Sports Complex in Central Islip 
                          If your name appears above you must attend the first session.  
                          If you don't show up, you will be cut ! 
           2nd Try-Out Session ...
               Wednesday November 12th * 3pm - 5pm 
                  at The SUSA Sports Complex in Central Islip 
                          If your name appears above you must attend the second session.  
                          If you don't show up, you will be cut !

       If you make the second cut ...   
              Practice Session ...   
              Friday November 15th * 3pm - 4pm              
      at The SUSA Sports Complex in Central Islip     
           ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY !     
 You must attend the Friday practice session or you will lose your spot.  
 You must bring $20. to the practice for your jersey.
