Congratulations to Deary junior London Kirk for being voted SBLive’s WaFd Bank Idaho High School Boys Basketball Player of the Week!
Kirk scored 21 points and dished out 11 assists to lead Deary over St. John Bosco, reports The Moscow-Pullman Daily News.
Kirk received 56.53% of the vote, beating out Lake City’s Blake Buchanan who finished second with 42.37%. Lake City’s Kolten Mitchel finished third with 0.33% and Lapwai’s Titus Yearout finished fourth with 0.22%.

Braeden Blackmore, Bonners Ferry: Scored 20 points in a 67-55 win over Stillwater Christian, reports The Bonners Ferry Herald.
Blake Buchanan, Lake City: A real stat-stuffer, Buchanan added six boards and five blocks to his 12-point performance in Lake City’s 15-point win over Sandpoint, reports The Coeur d’Alene Press.
Malachi Bullington, North Idaho Christian: The 7-foot junior scored 22 points, pulled down 12 rebounds and added two blocks in a one-point win over Genesis Prep, per The Coeur d’Alene Press.
Will Casebolt, Logos: Scored 31 points, which included hitting 10 3s, and six boards in a comfortable win over Clearwater Valley, reports The Moscow-Pullman Daily News.
Cameron Cope, Coeur d’Alene: He’s not just an all-state defensive lineman. His double-double — 18 points, 10 boards — helped the Vikings take down rival Lakeland to open league play, per The Coeur d’Alene Press.

Kolten Mitchel, Lake City: Logged 15 points and five assists in a comfortable win over Sandpoint, reports The Coeur d’Alene Press.
Greyson Sands, St. Maries: Scored 20 points on 8 of 9 shooting in a win over Lakeside to snap the school’s 25-game win streak on Thursday, per The Coeur d’Alene Press.
Jasper Whitling, Logos: Hit five 3s on his way to 29 points in a win over Clearwater Valley, reports The Moscow-Pullman Daily News. In fact, the great scoring outing wasn’t even a team-high (see above).
Jacob Ankeny, Marsing: Totaled 17 points, 10 rebounds and four assists in a victory over Payette, according to Idaho Press.
Max Myers, Compass Charter: had 27 points and nine rebounds in a win over Wilder, according to Idaho Press.
Blake Thurston, Cascade: The senior tallied a season-high 41 points, including four 3-pointers, in a loss against Victory Charter, and added 24 points and eight steals a night later in a win over Greenleaf Friends Academy.
Titus Yearout, Lapwai: Junior guard scored 28 points on 11-17 shooting with five assists and four steals in a win over Prairie.
Tre Dixey, Sho-Ban: The sophomore post player had 21 points, nine rebounds and four blocked shots in a loss against Leadore.
