If you are interested in having a fun throw - around, with the opportunity to do some fielding and hitting practice and participate in a guided program designed by one of the most accomplished technical coaches in Newfoundland, this program is for you.
All sessions will take place at the Benvon room of the Powerplex on Crosbie Road. This facility is equipped with a professionally designed turf floor which will accommodate cleated footwear. Wear your uniform and pretend its summer!
The goal of this program is to offer adult recreation players an off-season option to continue to have fun with softball, while practicing and learning a wide variety of skills.
A one - time trial session will be offered prior to full program registration at a cost of $15.00 per player. If interested in continuing after the trial, monthly fees are $65.00. Participants will only have to commit in monthly blocks.
MULTI-SKILL is co-ed and open to players of all skill levels who are interested in enhancing their skills or practicing what they already know. Team training or combined team training is an available option.
The program will be designed by Drillz Athletics President, Ken McLean, and heavily influenced by Ken’s 40 years experience as a Nationally Certified coaching trainer and his years of experience developing fun and productive off-season programs for players of all ages.
Players interested in participating in the trial may contact Ken directly at drillzathletics@gmail.com or by phone at (709) 743 6954. Priority for registration will be based on a first - come first - served basis.
