Dear Local Business Owner: 

I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out on behalf of Auburn Fastpitch League, a nonprofit organization committed to providing young female athletes the opportunity to participate in girls’ fastpitch softball. Our mission is to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership while promoting physical activity and community involvement.

As a part of our efforts to provide quality opportunities for our athletes, we are seeking local businesses to partner with us as sponsors for the upcoming season. Your support will help ensure that these young women can continue to develop their skills, represent their community with pride, and grow both on and off the field.

We are offering two sponsorship options for your consideration:

• Team Level Sponsor: This sponsorship includes your business name on the team’s uniforms, recognition on our website, and mentions on our social media pages. This sponsorship also includes your company’s logo on a banner displayed at all home games. This provides a high-visibility opportunity to reach local spectators and fellow supporters of the team. A team level sponsor is $550.
• Banner Level Sponsor: This sponsorship includes your business name and/or logo on a banner displayed at all home games, recognition on our website, and mentions on our social media pages. This is a great way to gain exposure while supporting our players directly. A sponsor level sponsorship is $350.

As a nonprofit, all sponsorship donations are tax-deductible, and your support will help cover essential expenses like uniforms, equipment and umpire fees. By becoming a sponsor, you not only make a direct impact on the lives of young athletes but also demonstrate your commitment to supporting youth sports and fostering a positive community.
