PA Lighting takes home the Gold in The Bomb's Away 16U Softball Tournament

PA Lightning went 2-0 while yielding only 5 runs during pool play on Saturday earning them the #1 seed.  On Sunday, during Bracket Play, they defeated the Butler Storm Fastpitch team 5-2 in a tough matchup in the semifinals.  They then went on to win a complete, 7-inning Championship game against a very good Firestorm team 2-1.  The girls played outstanding softball in every aspect of the game all weekend long......pitching, catching, hitting, and fielding.  There were definitely some highlight real plays this weekend.  Way to go girls......so proud of you all!
