- Basic Understanding of Baseball~ Everyone should know the basic of baseball.
- Two Ways to Advance~ Each team is allowed to have three advancements per game to steal from 1st base or to tag from 3rd base.
- Three is Fair~ The ball must cross the imaginary line between the pitcher before coming live.
- Four is Enough~ Each season game is required to have four innings.
- No BI's~ There are no Balks, Bunts, Intentional Walks, Infield Fly, and no Inteferences.
- No Gameclock~ There is no pitch clock and no game clock.
- No Running~ There is no running except from a celbration for a walk off or a homerun.
- No Timeouts~ There is no stepping out of the batters box and their are no mound visits.
- Nine is Mercy~ If their is a team that has nine or more runs after 1.5 innings, then the game is officially over.
- Ten are Showdowns~ If the score is tied after regulation, teams may choose one or play for all batters in a hitting or homerun derby showdown.
- Double Play is On~ DP is allowed with one out or less with at least one person on base.
- Twelve is Always the Lead ~ When a DP is successful, the lead runner is always out.
- Amending the Playbook~Before the start of a game, teams may agree by changing or getting rid of one rule.
- Control of Players~ Any penalties caused by a player will be enforced by their opponents.
- Walks are optional- Any walks are optional by either the player or the team.
- Weather Policy~ Any suspensions or disruption caused by emergencies, 1.5 innings will be considered official if a team is leading.
