60’s- 10:00am- 12:30pm     7 innings

50’s- 1:30pm- 4:00pm           7 innings

                                                                                                       Homerun Derby- 4:30pm- 6:00pm

18’s- 7:00pm- 10:00pm        9 innings

Cornhole Tournament- Begins at 11:00am    

DETAILS

Derby- $ 20.00 per person. Payouts for 1st and 2nd place.  The net will be placed in the outfield. Volunteers needed to keep time.

1^st Round- Timed for 1 minute.

2^nd Round- Timed for 1 minute.

Final Round- 10 swings Total

Basket Raffle- EACH TEAM MUST DONATE A GIFT CARD OR BASKET WORTH AT LEAST $25.00.     Tickets that day will be sold for $10.00 per sheet or 3 sheets for $25.00. Winners will be picked during the 3^rd game. Winners will be called if not present.  Volunteers are needed to sell tickets.

50/50- Volunteers will sell (2) 50/50 rounds. $1.00 per ticket. The first sale will be approx. 10:00 am- 3:00pm, then the second sale will be approx. 3:30pm to 8:00pm.

Food Stand- Will be open.  Bryfogle will set food stand prices. Food proceeds will go to Lehigh Township in lieu of being charged field fee for 3 separate games.

Cornhole Tournament- $50.00 per team, Online registration. Hopefully they will be able to pay online by then. Begins at 11:00. Boards and bags needed. Speaker needed for announcing players. Pop Up Tent needed. Scoreholio App will be used to keep score.
