After a rough couple weeks the Merchants clawed their way back for their second win of the year, both against Mavyille.  Kobe, Caden, and Beau led the way at the plate all getting two hits with Caden and Beau adding doubles, and Kobe and Beau both driving in two.   Zitzow got the win on the mound, his first in 10 years after a slight hiatus has found him back in a Merchant uniform.  7-2 was the final.

The Merchants hope to be back to their winning ways after dropping games to the Catfish (6-2) and Elks (6-5) in the past two weeks.  The loss to the Catfish snapped a 20 game win streak against the scrappy new and improved squad.
