Pool Player/Pitching rules will be effective with the 2025 Spring/Summer season.

Rule:  Only Rostered Players may pitch.  Once Rostered, that player may only pitch for the team that he is rostered on.

Same day signings during the season are allowed, up to the last 3 games of the season.
