Game Schedule:

• Two to three guaranteed games each weekend
• Games are 40 minutes with a running clock
• Played on Saturdays and Sundays

What is a 7v7 Passing League?

• One-hand touch football: A non-contact format with exciting, fast-paced play.
• Fast-paced games: Designed for quick decision-making and high-energy action!
• Skill building: Develop passing, catching, route running, and defensive skills.
• Competitive: A fun, challenging environment to improve your game.

How Does It Work?

• 7v7 is a modified version of football focused on passing and catching skills.
• Offense: Seven players work to move the ball downfield by passing, with no running plays allowed.
• Defense: Seven players focus on covering receivers, intercepting passes, and preventing touchdowns.
• The field: Teams start at the 40-yard line and work towards scoring a touchdown.
• Teams get four downs to advance the ball or score.
• The game is played in two halves with a running clock, emphasizing speed and skill development.
