Eagles Board Meeting
July 23, 2024

Meeting called to order at Ohlsen House
- Jeremy updated that he still hasn’t been able to talk to Mick at Redwood Acres regarding
the fees to use Belotti Field for Fall Ball. He will send out text/email update to board as
soon as he is able.
- Current Account balance is $27,659
- Tommy reported out on the 2024 summer season
- Discussed recruitment for 19u team and if 76ers have another 19u team again next year
- Jeremy read aloud a letter given sent to the Eagles Board from Don the umpire during
our tournament praising the players, coaches and board for a well-run tournament and
the good behavior/sportmanship of the Eagles players
- Discussed applying for a grant from Coast Central Credit Union
- Discussed how to get the uniforms back from Royce, Tyson, Cody, Ethan, and Tenoch.
Various board members to reach out to collect.
- Discussion regarding doing a golf tournament as a fundraiser.
- Discussion regarding Fall Ball cost to charge per player. Decided to charge $350 per
player.
- Meeting adjourned. Next Meeting November 11, 2024 @ 5:30pm at the Ohlsen house.
