Eagles Board Meeting
November 11, 2024
Board Members Attending: Jeremy Ohlsen, Katie Ohlsen, Brandee Mitchell, Erin Noel, Morgan
Jimenez, Rick Jimenez, Teri Levitt, Jackie Gable, Jason Gable
Meeting called to order at Ohlsen House
- Current Account balance is $25,891.29.
- Fall Ball summary: financially did not go into the hole as most years. Came out positive
due to the reduced fee to use Belotti.
- In exchange for reduced fee at Belotti, Eagles agreed to due some repairs to Belotti
field: Fix the scorebooth and fix the hole in the siding. Most materials donated by
Schmidbauer lumber. Will need to make a few purchases to finish the projects.
- Update on Taxes: Keith now has access to Quickbooks for doing the taxes. Keith
requested an additional extension on the taxes.
- Decision: General Board Meeting with be Jan 26th @ 5:30pm. Location will be at the
Renner conference room (Teri’s work place). Morgan will post General Board Meeting
information on Facebook, Eagles website and an email will be sent out.
- Discussion regarding doing summer 2025 sign-ups in January. It was decided to do an
informational meeting for players right before the General Board Meeting starting at
4:30pm, same location. Morgan to include this info along with General Board Meeting.
- Meeting adjourned. Next Meeting January 5, 2025 @ 5:30pm at the Ohlsen house.
