Eagles Board Meeting
January 5, 2025
Board Members Attending: Jeremy Ohlsen, Katie Ohlsen, Brandee Mitchell, Erin Noel, Morgan
Jimenez, Jackie Gable, Jason Gable
Meeting called to order at Ohlsen House
- Meeting minutes read aloud from 11-11-24 meeting. Jason motioned to approve, Erin
2nd, all members present voted to approve the meeting minutes.
- Current Account balance is $25764.62 checking account, savings account $153.29
- Keith sent letter with update that 2023 taxes have been e-filed and no taxes due. Bill
from Keith to follow.
- Work done at Belotti update: replaced siding and sheet rock on clubhouse. Stairs to
scorebooth still need to be done. Workday set for next sunday for those that can make it.
- Reminder of General Board Meeting and player information meeting on Jan 26th.
Tommy to talk with kids about interest. Will check with TJ about kids interested from
Kings and possible 17u coach.
- Email from Jessica Estes about applying for Coast Central grant. Discussion about other
applying for other grants from Humboldt Sponsors (due 2/7) and Humboldt Area
Foundation.
- New board members to be elected at General Board Members. Reach out to potential
board members that would be interested.
- Discussion of potential 17u coaches if enough players for two teams.
- Discussion of Summer 2025 fees. Apx $1500 at this time given last years cost.
- Katie will call about hotel reservations for Fairfiled this month.
- Meeting adjourned. Next Meeting will be the General Board Meeting January 26, 2025
