Boys Middle School Soccer Program

Information on East Michigan Panthers' Boys' Middle School Soccer Program   |  Mid-August through approximately mid-October

  • Grades 5th-8th.  Fourth graders are sometimes allowed with coach approval as "practice players."  For a lesser registration fee, they can participate in practices and on the sideline at games.  Although no time is guaranteed in games, the coach may opt to play them dependent on the game situation. 
  • The program is designed to be developmental; all players should receive meaningful playtime. Playtime though is not equal and coaches may opt for less even playtime in game situations with a potential win.  The goal should be to maximize playtime over the course of the season understanding that not all games will be evenly matched competition.
  • End of season tournament games are play to win. 
  • The team competes in the AAIAA League made up of local private schools and one other homeschool team:
    • East Michigan Panthers
    • Spiritus Sanctus Academy AA
    • Spiritus Sanctus Academy Plymouth
    • St. Thomas
    • Ann Arbor Christian School
    • Washtenaw Christian Academy
    • Homeschool United
  • The team competes in 8-12 season games 2 season tournaments including the AAIAA End of Season League Tournament. 
  • The season may include some non-league games.  
  • Cost is typically $250-$350 and includes season events, uniform and banquet.  Fees are set closer to registration opening once costs and participation is projected. 
  • There are some roster spots for non-homeschooled athletes.  Please reach out to an admin for approval.
