Please find below the updated rules and regulations for the 2025 season:


Mercy Rule / Pitching Limits Rule
Mercy Rule: The threshold for the mercy rule has been adjusted to a 4-run differential. Pitching Limits: Pitchers can now pitch a full 7 innings without restrictions.
Foreign Player Policy (FPP):
  • (A) Each team may include a maximum of two external players per game, sourced from the MLBL. A signed waiver and notification to MLBL are required.
  • (Please notify the officials, Plate Umpire, and Scorekeeper)
  • (B) FPP players may be assigned to any position.
  • (C) FPP players are not eligible for playoff games.
  • (D) Statistics for FPP players will be recorded and will not affect team standings or individual regular player statistics.
Playoff Rules (Updated)
  • (A) Players must have played at least four(4) regular-season games to be eligible for playoff participation.
  • (B) A game will be called if there is a 15-run difference after completing the
  • 5th inning. The game will continue until the time value of 8:15 PM and 11:00 PM with umpires. 
Strengthened Regulations on Substances:
  • (A) Stricter regulations are now in effect concerning the use of smoking,
  • vaping, alcohol, and marijuana.
  • (B) Using the above substances is prohibited within a 50-meter radius of the diamond field.
  • (C) Any individual who is found to violate rule (a) will receive a final warning from an official. A subsequent violation will lead to immediate removal from the game.
  • (D) No BBQ, propane, or charcoal cooking is allowed near the Diamond.
  • There are two warnings before removal from the game.
Field Maintenance and Dugout Assignments:
  • (A). Baseline Marking: The home team may request measuring tapes or string reels from scorekeepers to assist with baseline marking.
  • (B) The home team is responsible for lining the infield and ensuring any tarps covering the mound and bases are removed prior to the game.
  • (C) The home team will occupy the 3rd base dugout, and the away team will occupy the 1st base dugout.
 
Zero Tolerance Policy:
Any instances of profanity, slander, violence, or dishonesty will result in immediate team expulsion. Unsportsmanlike conduct, including discrimination against other athletes or using offensive language towards officials, will lead to immediate removal from the game and will be subject to review by the MLBL Compliance Committee.
