Congrats to MONROE HOTEL on their hard earned victory in our first ever In-Season Tournment!
The Harley Flick Memorial Tournament commemorates our past president, Harley Flick, who passed in 2022. Harley was known by everyone around Chicora and was an integral part in keeping this league going for as long as it has. He is sorely missed by all, and would be very proud to see that the league is still going strong!

Monroe Hotel bested Brady's Bend Sons of Italy in the championship game by a score of 7-6 in an intense pitcher's duel. Tyler Friel pitched all 7 innings for Monore, striking out 2 and walking none. Chris Bellis matched his performance for BBSOI, pitching a full 7 innings as well. The game ended on the strangest of circumstances, as SOI loaded the bases with 1 out in the bottom of the 7th down only 1 run. Friel then proceeded to strikeout the next batter looking on 3 pitches. However, the next batter SOI then hit a hard line drive in between 1st and 2nd base, which unfortunately struck the SOI baserunner on the fly and ended the game!
