•Approving minutes: brandee-teri 

•Finances: $37640.22 everything paid- cleared and have not deposited fallball enrollment

 

Old business

•Website: minutes on website

•Thank you cards went out

•Games, umpires: josh got them and mck will split the umpires

•Mic hasn’t got to anyone on field- need contract for fall ball

•Baseballs: Jeremy was suppose to go buy baseballs at sports in cycle

Rick will pick up

 

New business:

•On call with Tommy-

Parker Morgan is to young (not in HS)

Going over the roster  approved

Tommy will make phone calls and texts he will be using Band app

•Jersey’s missing: Nolan, Allen, jake v. and Scotty

•American Legion moving dates earlier as tournaments by a week- discussion decision in October

*need to do a discussion on staying legion- allows us to not have wavers-

Makes us more like summer travel ball team. You could have a cut off at 18 and Jd could coach the older time.

•flat fee ($100) for players like Mason- morgan katie
