Field: Brandee met with tommy, Jd, mic

Field looks good Jd (Cr) is doing a lot maintance- rodent control is coming out- paper products brought in- trash should be going back over to pit area- our contract should be to us and they know payment has not been made. Flag pole is getting fixed and locks will be fixed.

Equipment is to be shared. Cr is bring in dirt. There will a group text for calendar.

 

Legion: should legion change to games to a week older- should we stay that way or change? 19 could stay legion and younger team could be travel ball or connie mac. Or register a team two ways. Brad is looking 19u world series tournament july30-aug3rd $750 plus baseball (4 game guaranty) ran non legion (deposit $250 done by feb). For eagles it could mean 3 or 4 weekends out of town weekends.. table it till later

 

Coaches: Tommy is done after fall ball. We will need to find coaches- Jd is interested

 

Game schedule: for 19 starts in November, 17 games in march-april

 

This weekend: Josh we are going to oregon Sunday (rain), Saturday cal poly needs to cancel wants to play Sunday- should we cancel oregon to cancel oregon (No) 

If oregon cancels they cancel

 

Mileage: raise to federal standard is $.70 for coaches
