2026 RHMSPL REGISTRATION

Hello Ball Players,

We hope everyone is staying healthy, have had a great holiday break and ready to start thinking about getting back to some spring ball!! 2026 RHMSPL registration is now open, please review the e-mail below and get working on your registration for the 2026 year, looking forward to seeing you all back!!

2026 REGISTRATION NOW OPEN - ONLINE ELECTRONIC FORM (PREFERRED) OR HARDCOPY FORM ATTACHED

DEADLINE TO REGISTER FOR RETURNING PLAYERS IS February 17, 2026

RHMSPL 2026 Draft Day: Sunday March 22nd, 2026 @ Richmond Hill Legion

TARGET START DATE: MAY 3^rd , 2026 PENDING CITY APPROVAL, with an end date of September 13^th, 2026 (If the May 3^rd is not approved then May 10^th will be the start date – TBC)

TARGET TOURNAMENT DATES: June 12^th to 14^th, 2026 and September 18^th to 20^th, 2026

IMPORTANT REMINDER: 2026 Regular season game times will continue be 2:30pm, 4:00pm, 5:30pm & 7:00pm, similar to that of 2025.

Details about the schedule will be communicated in the season’s player package.

A few key items to note:

1. The registration deadline of February 17th is for returning players only

After February 17th, new and past players will be accepted on a priority basis from our waiting list (to get on the waiting list now, please send me an e-mail @ (robperrotta12@gmail.com) with the name and contact info of the individual who wants to join)
2026 Registration Fee will continue to be maintained at $260.00
Returning players/existing members deciding not to play this 2026 season please let us know asap or by February 17th by e-mailing Rob Perrotta (robperrotta12@gmail.com), your name will be placed on the waiting list for the 2027 season. If your contact information has changed in the past year please include this in your e-mail so we can update it.
Please ensure you read the NSA Liability waiver form (See attachment) and click/check the “agree to terms” button on the registration form. We will also require you to go online to the NSA website and sign the waiver form electronically, details are on the registration form. Remember, if you have done this in previous years (on NSA website) you do not have to do again, you are already signed up. If unsure, you can check the NSA website by searching for your name. This is mandatory for registration, Thank You!
The 2026 RHMSPL Draft will be held @ 1pm on Sunday March 22^nd, 2026 at the Richmond Hill Legion
The Year-end Banquet is scheduled for Saturday October 24^th, 2026 (Location to be confirmed at a later date)
The 2026 AGM will be held on Sunday November 15^th, 2026 at the Richmond Hill Legion

HOW TO REGISTER - There are 3 ways that you can register for the 2026 season:

2. Via Email – download or print attached form, fill in and scan, then email the complete registration form (either the WORD or PDF document) to our Registrar, Rob Perrotta @ (robperrotta12@gmail.com)

3. Send by mail – download/print attached Form and then send the completed registration form to our registrar, C/O Rob Perrotta, 16 Crimson Court, Richmond Hill Ontario, L4C 0J5

HOW TO SUBMIT FEES - There are 2 ways to submit your fees:

Via E-transfer - send to rhmspleague@gmail.com (more details can be found online or on the registration form)
Via Cheque - send to Rob Perrotta (along with your completed form if desired) to C/O Rob Perrotta, 16 Crimson Court, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 0J5
