                   Place:       CASPERKILL GOLF COURSE

                                     2320 SOUTH RD POUGHKEEPSIE, NY

                   Time:       8:30 AM registration                                       

                                    Shotgun start promptly at 10:00 AM

                   Format:   Scramble - Captain and crew

NOTE: Soft spikes and collared shirts required.

                Cost:     $125 per player - $500 per foursome

                   Includes:  Green fees and cart

                                     Prizes

                                     Breakfast Sandwiches

                                     Dinner and awards ceremony to follow at golf course

                                     Cash Bar
