The East Coast Jays would like to congratulate 17u Jays' player, Dylan Judd on being named to the 2017 New York All-State Second team as a catcher.  As we have previously posted, Dylan has had another impressive high school season and this is another proud accolade of the many that he has added to his resume this year.
