Little Hoopz is a progressive basketball program for the active child between the ages of three and seven. Little Hoopz will teach your child sports techniques, while developing social skills, enhancing motor development skills, and instilling a great head-start to a healthy and happy lifestyle.  Our coaches will help your child develop self-esteem and confidence in a non-competitive environment.  The instructors utilize a variety of games, songs, and other techniques to captivate and entertain while developing balance, movement, listening, and basketball skills. 

Classes begin on November 5, 2019

What:            Our classes consist of 80 minute classes two times per week. 

When:           Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:50pm - 7:15pm

Location:       Phillis Wheatley Community School 2300 Dumaine St  New Orleans, LA 70119

 

Cost:             $280 (includes uniform)

Fee can be broken down into two installments.

Installment One: $200 due upon registration

Installment Two: $80 due 30 days from start date.

Program:      The program will consist of 24 Classes in each Session. 

Equipment:   All equipment is provided. 

Classes meet twice per week. Each class lasts 80 minutes. Classes are positive and non-competitive!

Learning basketball has never been more fun! Little Hoopz classes focus on dribbling, shot technique, passing, and team work. Adjustable hoops and appropriately sized basketballs are always used to provide just the right amount of challenge.

Class Attire

Children should wear Little Hoopz uniform and sneakers and bring a water bottle. Please no sandals or dress shoes. 

Open Enrollment

New participants are welcome to join for prorated cost. Prorated costs are calculated by the number of classes left in the session and NOT by the number of classes a customer can attend. 

Drop-Off Policy

Our programs are not drop-off classes. Parents or caregivers of all participants must stay on-site during classes in case your child needs assistance. 

Liability Waiver

All parents of participants are required to sign or electronically acknowledge a Liability Waiver on behalf of their child prior to their child stepping on to the field. There are no exceptions to this rule. Should you choose to not sign or electronically acknowledge this form, your child will not be allowed to participate. This form is presented during the electronic online registration. 

Refund Policy

Under certain circumstances, class credit will be issued for a future session and must be coordinated and approved by a manager. Only the unused portion will be credited based on the date of the withdrawal and notification. The date of the contact, email will be used to determine the official date of the request, and determine the eligibility of a refund or the pro-rated amount of a credit.

The Registration fee will be forfeited if the reason for cancelation is customer oriented.
