* Start thinking about schedules based on start dates I sent in my previous e-mail.

  Plan on 8 Teams per age group.

* Need an address to where you will have the credential meeting.  Please send when you get a chance.  Please have site coordinator and UIC available for meeting.

* Need cost for umpires.  Two per game.  Usually the small field is around $50 per ump.  Big field around $65 per ump.  Please let me know so we could determine cost for all.  I allow $20 for a scorer and $20 for a pitch counter, per game.  Need responsible young adults or adults to do these jobs.  They are very important.  Baseballs I allow for $60 per dozen, per team, Host to buy Baseballs per Rule Book.
