serious players only if you wish to learn new pitches such as curveballs , sliders, changeups,splittys and gain mphs on your fast ball the time is now. I played in there organization for three years untill an arm surgeory kept me sidelined untill 2008 when I joined the Fargo Morehead redhawks ( a team in the same league as the wingnuts) there I was pitcher of the month and rookie of the year. I spent another three and a half years with them and the Lincoln Saltdogs.                                                                                                                                             prices: single one hour lesson 40 dollars . 5 lesson package deal 35  dollars per lesson. 10 lesson package deal 30  dollars per lesson.
