The deadline for the first half of the league fees is October 25, 2018. If the fees are not paid in full by then, the team(s) that have not paid will be assessed a 5 minute penalty to start the first period. The 5 minute penalty will be served in full time, no matter how many times the other team scores.

If teams are still not paid in full by December 27,2018, the team will be assessed a first period penalty. (The entire first period * you may switch guys serving the penalty at that time*)

I shouldn't have to chase teams throughout the summer to collect outstanding league fees.
