All prospective SWAA volunteers (coaches) must obtain the following clearances:

1. Report of criminal history from the Pennsylvania State Police 

2. Child Abuse History Clearance from the Department of Human Services (Child Abuse).

These certificates must be renewed every 60 months/5 years.

Ø  If you do not have these clearances or if your clearances are older than March of 2015, please have new clearances submitted by going to the websites below.
