PLAYER OF THE WEEK

JOEY DWYER, LONG ISLAND STRONG

Joey Dwyer (USC Sumter) batted .714 during the week.  Dwyer recorded a homerun, 2 doubles, 4 RBI, and had 3 runs scored for the Strong (13-4-1).

PITCHER OF THE WEEK:

ALEX CHANG, LONG ISLAND ASTROS

Alex Chang (Trinity College) notched a win this week defeating Beast-Red.  Chang tossed 6 shutout innings while striking out 10 batters.  

ROOKIES OF THE WEEK:

SEAN MCADAMS, BATTING 1.000 SEMINOLES

Sean McAdams (Mercy College) batted .444 this week.  The incoming freshman recorded a homerun, a double, 3 walks, 5 RBI, 2 runs scored, and 2 stolen bases to help lead the Seminoles to a perfect 4-0 week.

KENNY HIRSCHFIELD, NEXT LEVEL BASEBALL

Kenny Hirschfield (U of New Haven) batted .500 this week.  Hirschfield recorded 5 doubles and had 6 runs scored for Next Level (16-3-1).
