Some info on our Fall practices:

• When: Tuesdays @ 8:15-10:00 p.m. and Thursdays @ 6:45-8:15 p.m. (First one will be August 30 @ 8:15)

• Where: Southwest Rec Softball Complex (The all grass field. Direction can be found here: http://recsports.ufl.edu/locations/fields/swrc-softball-complex)

• Who: Anyone of all talents is encouraged to come out and get some work in. Also, feel free to invite any friends you might've played baseball with as well. It's pretty low key in the Fall. Lots of grounders/getting arms back up to speed/light swinging. 

• What to wear/bring: Shorts are fine. No need for baseball pants. Wear a baseball hat and turfs or running shoes. Make sure you bring your equipment (glove, batting gloves, etc.).
