General Information
You will need to have the copies of your birth certificates and roster with you at all times. Your insurance certificate naming Kingsway Knights Inc as additional insured needs to be with you at all times or emailed prior to. You are requested to check in 30 minutes prior to your first game and present your certificate.
Addresses are at the bottom of this email for you to be able to mapquest the fields or use your GPS. Also, please be in the complex at least 30 minutes prior to EVERY game so that when the game before you is done, you can take the field and prepare for your game. PLEASE KEEP THIS IN MIND....the time limits will be strictly adhered to especially this time of the year. Some fields have no lights so please read the rules pertaining to moving the games along (subbing runners for pitchers and catchers, etc).
In all divisions, every coach will name a MVP for every game for the opposing team in all divisions. An award will be given after each game. We will provide you with the awards after each game.
Please complete your scores and pitching results for each game (winning team only, both managers signing off) and returning slips to the field marshall at all fields. Failure to do so may result in your game results not being recorded. I will make every effort to update the results as the day goes along and they will be posted at the welcome table at Field B.
Lastly, thank you for choosing The Fall Classic for this weekend's tournament play. It is our goal to make your tournament experience as pleasant as possible. Enjoy your stay with us in Swedesboro and please do not hesitate to talk to anyone of us if you have any questions or concerns during this weekend.

The Food Stand will be open for a Hot Breakfast and Lunch as well as a fully stocked snack bar!
