Program Details:

• Each session 7 weeks 
• Week 1 Practice with Scrimmage
• Week 2-7  15 Minute Practice followed by 45 Minute Game
• Weekly Standings (Final week teams will be matched up by standings)
• Games will be played between 1:00-5:00 on Sundays
• Cost is $99.00 includes Shirt, referee fees, and facility

5/6 year old 

7/8 year old

9/10 year old 

Format:  

5/6 and 7/8 year old division will be 7x7 Format  with Running and Passing

9/10 year old division will be 5x5 Passing league

Registration:

• Team and friend requests will be honored 
• Sign up  a compete team of ten players or register  individually and I will do my best to place kids on teams with kids from their school or area
• Volunteer Coaches needed to coach each team!  If you organize a team of 10 players and head coach the team, your child will play for FREE!

My name is Robert Duray and I am the Director of First Down Youth Flag Football.  I am a teacher and have coached high school football for 14 years.   I have been very involved in youth and adult flag football on the westside of Cleveland. I have played in and directed several flag football leagues and camps across Northeast Ohio. The goal of First Down Youth Flag Football is to provide a safe, positive and fun environment for kids to stay active and learn the game of football during the winter months.   The league will provide kids in Summit County and surrounding areas an opportunity to continue to play flag football after the rec and YMCA leagues are finished.  

The league is set up for kids 5-10 years of age and broken down into 3 divisions (5-6, 7-8, 9-10) You can enter individually and we will place your child appropriately or enter as a whole team.  We encourage your child to play with his friends and a parent or two to voluntarly coach the team.
