Harford County Travel baseball is seeking its next President and potentially new members to join the Executive Committee and or Age Group Directors. • Leadership – As head coaches, you are responsible for managing your team, including assistants, players, and fans. Your leadership sets the tone, so we ask that you ensure your team reflects the values of respect and sportsmanship.
• Accountability – Please remember that you are ultimately accountable for the behavior of everyone associated with your team. If one of our coaches or fans is ejected, you will be ejected as well.

• Cheer for your team – Support your team and your player, but also respect the umpires, opposing teams, and fellow fans.
• Positive Environment – Remember, we are all here to provide a positive experience for these youth players, win or lose. Your behavior plays a big role in creating that environment and it could impact your head coach.
