A new year is here and the teams soon will be anxious to start playing softball once again and you know the age old question which league will be apart of or returning to ? As we have explained on many platforms we will be doing more lob divisions between Saturday and Sunday which includes our first venture into the COED world and we have swung the doors open for the arc world to be apart of for weeknight wars. All of the leagues whether it be lob , arc or coed will have the same prizes and awards attached to them as we are giving you a platform to (1) make more money for your team + gain a free pass into the upcoming fall classic season (2) a chance to expand your horizons depending on which skill level your playing in meaning a team that plays lob may want to try their hands into coed or possible arc (3) we have added the tournaments to our growing family softball league as a way for you to earn money before the regular season begins and even in the middle of the season and 1 tournament before the fall classic season begins. We announced 5 possible tournaments coming up with an entry fee of $ 400 per team plus ref fees and if our goals are met with 16 teams the payout for that weekend is a cool $ 4000

So we have 5 tournaments in which a few lucky teams can win at least $ 20,000. Now figure into the other leagues that we are attempting to do and let's see how the breakdown works out with just the expected payout

• Sunday Fire & Ice Coed $ 4000
• Weeknight Bulldawgs Arc $ 5000 

So if we do the numbers the correct way and you will see that by adding an additional $ 17,500 plus the $ 20,000 in tournament games that is a whopping $ 37,500 in prizes alone to be won just for the summer season. I'll let that sink in right there. League Commissioners Tykie & Henry will be collecting all fees due at the end of this month in regards to the upcoming season and all tournament games. Please note if you are playing in the tournament games scheduled for Mar 7th we need $ 100 upfront to secure your spot which is no-refundable and the remaining balance of $ 300 due in Feb so that the permits are paid in full and we can secure the softballs for the games as well for that weekend

All things have been figured into a budget plan to insure that the teams can play during the regular season and we note that our insurance policy which covers us from FEB 2026 to FEB 2027 for all leagues are in full effect for an entire year and covers us in case anything should happen on and off the playing field. Please note we are keeping stats throughout the season so players please be ready as we post the numbers needed to join each club as you can see from the leader board which is posted further down the page but before I do that let me expalin a few things which need to be noted.

We never claimed to be better than anyone else. Our family leagueis based upon the players not only winning the coveted championship but also player recognition in the process

Most At Bats Club : (45) minimum needed to join / (90) maximum allowed

Warriors Club : (25) hits minimum needed to join / (45) hits maximum allowed 

Runs Scored & Runs Batted In : (25) minimum / (50) maximum 

30/30 Club :  (30) at bats & (30) hits 

40/40 Club : (40) at bats & (40) hits 

M.V.P is for both the main tier championship series and the wild card championship series winner as the hitter with the most hits during the series will eanr his shirt for all to see 

Now that the hitters awards have been established we aim towards the rise of the pitchers based upon a possible 20-30 game season as they need the following amounts to gain entry into their own clubs 

Diamond Club : picthers to gain entry you need to win 5 games and better with only 1 pitcher at seasons ends being crowned the overall champion as the prize is set differently for those gaining membership and the overall pitching champion who reigns supreme with the most wins accumulated for the entire season 

3UP 3DOWN Club : is for the pitchers who pitch the most innings during the regular season and just like the Diamond Club there is only 1 pitching champion overall at seasons end. (50) innings gets you into the club (105) is the maximum number of innings allowed 

There are a few other surprises instore for the teams but it will be revealed later as we are working on a few more ideal projects so we wish to keep the lid on until then 

ALL STAR game format as you can see at the players expense around the softball community we are competing against 3 other leagues on July 4th weekend and this will be an event to remember not alone be apart of for seasons to come. The challenge is not making it about All Elite softball against the world but on a grander stage the outcome is to shine on everyone and show love the best way we can. 

To be in the all star game all stats from the summer season will be completed in which those players from the summer will represent for Saturday Primetime and for the Sunday Heat divisions. The fall season where we have our annual Smoking Gunz tournament will represent as well and if the coed division gets off the ground as planned then they will represent us as well when we enter the " coed wars " come 2027. Now we will not leave out the Weeknight Bulldawgs arc all-stars as they will represent in the " arc wars " for the 2027 games as well so with that being said we just went from 3 games to an additional 5 games against 5 different leagues. ROLL CALL OF CHAMPIONS list growing for seasons to come. 2026 we are exploring options with hopes of insuring that options are always kept open whether you choose to join us on Saturdays or Sundays or even the weeknight wars. The league has taken a hard look not only at itself but how to improve on a seasonal basis and keep the teams interest up as we have a whole host of things happening between exhibition games , tournament games , regular season games and finally the all-star games. Now that is a lot to process and we are even working on the structure of the league to insure balance continues and also give you more of a chance to win even more money. 

We have put together a base structure in terms of expected teams and the possible payout if that goal is reached and we even left the door open that should more teams enter than expected we will increase the chip payout by a certain amount of dollars. As explained before we posted the league bases off expected payouts towards permits , insurance and what is a fair and reasonable amount for you to strive for which also includes 2 factors involved. Main tier champions will win cash prize along with a championship trophy while the wild card champions will win hoodies and a trophy as well. We have as well added the M.V.P award for both tier to the player who has the best stats overall in the championship series. The players themselves before we get to the championship series have certain awards for both the hitters and pitchers to achieve as recognition amongst their fellow peers are at stake going into this season as we look to expand the WARRIORS CLUB to new heights.

Yes we are painting a picture of things to come as explained and just so you know that we are serious keep checking us out for weeks to come as we prepare for the Call Your Shot tournament happening Mar 7th at Cunningham park and finishing on Sunday at Highland park on Mar 8th. Now after we finish the men's event we are spicing things up with the Fire & Ice Coed tournament on Mar 14th as both tournaments have a good chance on earning a lucky team a cool $ 4000 3 weeks before the regular season begins so with that being said the manager has a chance to do really nice things for his team prior to anything else happening. Schedules will be outlined which will insure that the playoffs also go smoothly as we will be montioring that from beginning to end. I want everything in order so that we can eventually get sponsors for the league and we are also working on other packages which will be where softballs will be included to the league fee so that managers will not be scrambling looking for places to get them from. 

Saturday and Sunday league fees have been bumped up to $ 1475 which is an increase of $ 25 from the summer season and we have outlined our goals as follows and it will be fully explained so that no corner will be left unturned. Saturday Primetime goal is to reach 16 eams maximum as both the Panthers and Los Enemigos have free passes going into the upcoming season since both have won their respected leagues in 2025. This will be the 2nd time Los Enemigos have won the Smoking Gunz tournament and we only expect bigger things from them come 2026. Panthers are hellbent on keeping their name above waters but expect new arrivals and revamped teams looking to take them down. Sunday Heat we look to have at least 10 teams with a payout expected of $ 4000 but if we are lucky enough to add a few more teams the chip prize rises from $ 4000 as each added team will add $ 400 to the pot so say we reach 12 teams the chip prize becomes $ 4800 and so forth so you pretty much get the idea and if we are lucky to get 16 teams then the pot becomes a whopping $ 6400 plus a free pass into the upcoming fall classic season. Weeknight arc league offers a new flavor for All Elite softball. We are crossing into new waters with the goal of expanding but getting new teams involved as well as the fee for weeknight action with games played under the lights starting at 7 pm from Wed - Fri will be $ 1700 as you know playing under the lights is very expensive. We are looking for 10 teams with a payout of at least $ 5000 as long as our expected goal is met and if we are lucky enough to increase those numbers then each team added will see the chip prize increase by $ 500 dollars. So again the option is yours !

Nearly forgot about the COED divisions being built for Saturday and Sunday and there is a slight difference between both days but not by much. Sunday Fire & Ice will have their games scheduled at 1 pm and down for the summer / spring season and the Saturday COED which begins April 18th will also start at 1 pm so we are trying to balance the beams here. Sunday Fire & Ice will have the same stipulations as the Sunday Heat as we are looking for 10 teams to compete for $ 4000 and if we should be lucky enough once again the pot increases by $ 400 for each additional team added. I will be back with more information as I always do because the permits have been submitted but I still have more work to do in the long run which also includes adding more umpires.

As we continue to build the league up and keep the surprises coming we also may decide to do 2 tournaments on Mar 7th as we are getting more responses than expected and I will see what can be done to make things work out for the betterment of all softball teams who wish to be involved in this event. This is definitely setting up future tournament games in which we wish to put all things to rest and make this league better than yesterday. We have 3 slots left and we will embark on the next phase of this mission. I will update you as we go along ! 

Diversity has a place which cannot be denied. Neither will the Fire & Ice Coed divisions so be prepared for something new coming down the tracks as we aim to make our own foundation and we will fix things as we go along :

 Each team will be comprised of 8 males & 2 females with the women batting in the 3rd and 6th slot respectively. There will be no punishments for walking the male to pitch to the female batter as they say in the softball world enter at your own risk because you never know what to expect 

 Teams if they desire so can bat up to 12 players beacuse we want everyone to be in the games as much as possible. All games start with a 1-1 count and regulation play is 6 innings. Ump fees to be determined at a much later date but know all our umpires will have bases at the game so you don't need to worry about bringing any at all 

Another factor is when the game begins you must have 2 females on the field. In the event you only have 1 female for the time being every time the lineup comes around and that spot is not filled it becomes an automatic out. No team can use another male to occupy the spot so if you have 9 players involving 1 female then that is what is allowed at that moment and you have until the 3rd inning is completed to fil that spot because if not then that spot is an automatic out for the entire game and remember there is no punishment for walking the male to pitch to the female and if that spot lands where the game is decided then so be it

I wanted to take this time to wish all of the softball community a safe and happy holidays as Christmas has come and gone and now we are a few days away from a NEW YEAR to usher in as we celebrate another season of growth as the players are making noises not only for the upcoming regular season but through tournaments and future all-star games which have caused quite a buzz as we venture into new areas.

Our upcoming regular season format may exist in 2 ways depending on how many teams are within our reach as the talk has always been about balancing the beam between the " elite teams " and the " middle tier teams " but ultimately our goal is to insure that we as a league as well as the teams involved become elite teams overall especially if you wish to become league champions down the road 

Cash prizes & hoodies are the center of what we are giving out this season as the league is developing new things to keep the interest up as we explained before which also involves teams getting a shot to earn money through tournaments before the regular season begins as the following 2 tournaments are on the horizon as we have explained before :

• Call Your Shot Tournament ( Mar 7th) $ 400 to enter for the weekend event which includes a guranteed 3 games on Saturday to determine 1 winner from each group with the winners coming back on Sunday to complete the tournament as 1 winner will be crowned tournament champion with a chance to win a cool $ 4000

This will be our first venture into COED world on a serious note which includes a league for both Saturday and Sunday

Friendly reminder as we are going through the motions of putting in permits and getting our insurance papers ready for the upcoming season as our insurance ends in Feb 2026 and we are starting the process of renewing come Jan so that those 2 elements are out of the way as we explained that fees are being charged based upon expected goals (teams) to be reached + permit costs + insurance cost + payouts + trophies + hoodies which is the balance of all things in a nutshell. So while I have this time to make things around the league website look more and more official so that teams know beforehand what to expect and nothing will be hidden
