Please read the following note from Rec Director Dave Smith:

When the cut off date is announced, after that date, if a team has enough players, your son/daughter will be put on a waiting list to be approved to play.  If approved, there may be a late fee of $25 assessed at that time.

We have had many parents ask why we have sign ups so early.  Most teams don't even play until after the new year.  Here is the answer...the leagues we are in (Badger North League for girls)/Indianhead Boys Basketball League for boys) need time to organize schedules.  Before anything can be done, they need to know how many teams they are trying to work with. THESE PEOPLE VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME TO ORGANIZE THE LEAGUE and keep costs down. In order to allow for multiple teams and benefit all players, signing up at this time is necessary.  Please...register and pay before the deadline!

It also helps us as a league and coaches to know how to plan for the upcoming season. Thank you for your registration!
