Rule 1  You can throw the ball at any runner advancing to base and if it hits them before they are to base its an out.

Rule 2  If a Runner is advancing home you can throw the ball to the backstop and if it hits before runner

makes it they are out.    YES THIS MEANS THE NET AND STRIKEZONE! There is a point of return on the field if

you run: However, the strike zone stand doesn’t count it must be the tin or the pipes surrounding the tin.

Rule 3  If you throw the ball home and it hits backstop it counts as dead ball.  Runners can’t advance anywhere

Rule 4  There are force outs at each base.

Rule 5  Each game is 3 innings.   Extra innings if needed  (7th inning and up a runner automatically starts at 2nd and the hitting team has 1 out.

Rule 6   There are 3 outs three strikes and 4 balls.

Rule 7   If you have two strikes and make foul contact with the ball and it hits strike zone it is an automatic strikeout.

Rule 8   Original wiffle balls are used only.

Rule 9   Original yellow wiffle ball bat only. use of other another bat will be counted as an out. .

Rule 10  Mercy rule every inning is 7 runs but there is not mercy in the 3rd or extra innings.

Rule 11 There is no leading off.  A players second warning is an automatic strike to next hitter.3rd warning is an out

WARNINGS RESET EACH INNING and the warnings can add from anybody not just one person.    However if a runner leads off before pitch, it's a dead ball and he automatically has to go back to base. (Is a warning)

Rule 12 After the pitch is thrown and runner is off base then it is live until he gets back.

Rule 13 If you hit a pop fly in play and you throw your bat at the ball you are automatically out.  *Sawyer*

Rule 14  1st and 3rd are 40 feet away from home.

Rule  15 Pitchers mound is 38 feet away from home

Rule  16  There is no limit on pitchers pitching in a series except once a pitcher subs out in a game they can only

sub back in to the same game one more time.                   /We want faster paced games/

Rule  17 A batter only gets to call time one time in one AB.  If the batter goes over limit its an automatic strike.

Rule  18 If batter is hit by pitch it is just a ball, there are intentional walks and the batter must take a walk.

Rule 19  There are no balks, and the pitcher must be touching mound when the ball is pitched.

Rule 20    If a fielder throws a ball out of play the runner gets the next base.  (all runner get next base) Rule 21  There is no stealing, once the play is dead and the pitcher has the ball you can’t advance a base, if u do so you will have to go back automatically, second warning you will automatically go back and the next hitter will automatically be charged one strike.      NO LEADING OFF PUNISHMENT   Rule 22  However if a runner is advancing and you throw it to the pitcher to make the ball dead the runner doesn’t have to go back because they were already in play.  Once they reach that base though they can’t go any further if the pitcher maintains ball.                                                                             Rule 23  Batters only get to use time once in an at bat to stand out of box.  This helps games move quicker and there not being an irritation for a batter to bat by anybody at the field especially opposing team.  The batter can step one foot out for a few seconds but when both feet are out that is counted as a time.  When walking to the plate there is no time limit but be fast.  Also, walking to get a ball won’t be counted.  Going over the limit in AB results in a strike                                           Rule 24    If the ball hit any part of a tree it is automatically foul.  There are exceptions, if the ball is in fair play traveling towards homerun territory and gets knocked down by a branch it will be a Home Run but that will be decided by the person who is the ump.   OFFICIAL Rule

In field fly rule:

If the ball is hit high in the air anywhere inside of the basepaths, only in fair play, in field fly can be called by the ump, rare rule to see but is possible. All runner must stay and nobody can advance when called.  More than likely this won’t be enforced but just in case it’s called by the ump, that is what is the ruling.

Bat throwing rules: There are no punishments on bat throwing but please try not to slam bats on the ground or at anything. However if you hit a ball in play and toss your bat in the field of play to not allow the defender to make a play you are automatically out. And runners must remain on their current base prior to play even if there are runners on base and it’s not the 3rd out. Multiple penalties of this may result in ejection of that game only.  OFFICIAL RULING

POSTSEASON RULES:

Rule 15  The playoffs are based on seeds. To get a higher seed you obviously need to win more games!  #1 seed plays #3 seed in semifinals and #2 seed plays #4 seed in semifinals as well.

Rule 16 semifinal series are 3 games winners advance to world series.

Rule 17 World series is 3 games best team gets home field and whoever wins is the BWL champion.

Rule 19  All rules are the same as regular season.  Except a pitcher gets to pitch a max of 7 innings of the Semifinal series.  That mean out of 9 total inning that could be played, a pitcher can pitch 7 innings but not 2 more after that.

Rule 20  In the semifinals, if a pitcher pitches in extra innings, those will not count to the 7 IP max. ( World series a pitcher can pitch as much as they want to.  )

Ejections: Ejections are possible but hopefully all not that common. They will be determined by officials there on the spot if it is deserving or not. Talking to a ref about a call is okay but if you argue too much you can be suitable for an ejection. They can happen any point in a game. If you are ejected, it only qualifies for that game that you can't play. The next games however you can. If you get ejected and there isnt enough people in the field to meet 3 people requirement. You must finish out the game like that unless you choose to forfeit as a team. Tha captain makes final decision. There are other things you may do to be ejected but that will be clarified by officails.

Stats:

Hits will be determined by star keeper and for a pitcher to receive a win or loss now, you must start and at least pitch 1 inning.
