First Playoff Game Tuesday Vs Vikings in Boston

Creams will host Vikings Tuesday July 4th in Boston for the first game of the GBFHL playoffs. Creams look to advance to finals. Tickets are almost sold out so hurry down and get them now. Go Creams Go. #CreamsNation #BeleiveInTheCreams #TogtherAsOne


Creams End Season with 4-2 Record

Creams finish season with a strong 4-2 record and earn second place in the league. Big Congratulations to our goalie Cody Smith on making GBFHL history be earning first ever shutout against the jets. 6-0 was the final score. Creams had a strong regular season and coach cecil is very pleased with how every player has played. Big loss on the back end for the Creams, Jason Macqueen will be out for the season with a lower body injury. Macqueen had successful surgery and will be out 4-6 months. He will be there to cheer for the Creams Tuesday for the first game of playoffs. Get tickets now at Creams arena box office.


Creams Edge The Blades 5-4.

The Creams home opener Tuesday was a victory. They beat the short handed blades 5-4. It was a back and forth game with the lead changing many of times. Dylan Slade put the team on his back recording a hat trick and added an assist as well. Cory Blois Added a big goal and 2 assists on the night. Zack Politte added a goal and an assist for the Creams while Stephen MacGillivray added 2 assists. Cody Smith made some huge saves to keep the Creams alive in the game. Coach Cecil Macqueen still thinks there is room to improve but liked how the Creams played. He said the character of the team showed well tonight. The Creams have an off day Wednesday and Thursday and will practice again Friday in preparation for Tuesdays road matchup against the highly skilled Newfoundland Vikings. Mike Gouthro is listed as day to day still after missing Tuesdays nights game and Macgillivray may miss some time with a leg injury that happened in the game. There should be more information soon. Creams Lose First Game 7-3 To Jets.

The game was overall not bad. The Creams couldn't put the ball in the net. There were a lot of opportunities but Jets Net minder Summerell played great.  Creams leave Arizona and head back to Boston where they will prepare for next weeks matchup against the highly skilled Blades. Coach Cecil says he will make some changes to the lineup but doesn't think there is too much of a problem. Creams goalie Smith played good as he stopped 38 shots. Creams are on the floor next Thursday for practice.  


Captains and Assistants Named.

Long time cream captain and player Stephen Macgillivray will be wearing the C again this year. " I am truly honoured to be wearing the C. I will do whatever it takes to make this team great. We have a great group of guys and the leadership is tremendous here. Everyone is locked in and ready to go." Macgillivray said after he was given the C. Veterans Jason Ford and Ryan Blois will be wearing the A's this season for the creams. The long time GBFHL players know what it takes to win and will be very comfortable in the role.


Boston Cream Begin To Practice

The squad is all ready to get started and they are preparing for next weeks matchup vs the rival Jets. The city is excited to see what kind of team the Creams are this year. We should have players comments later on this week.
