Muskoka Moose Knuckles win 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic
The Muskoka Moose Knuckles are the 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic Tournament CHAMPIONS. In a very tight affair against the Guelph Blues the Moose Knuckles completed their undefeated run over the course of the tournament, finishing with an overall record 4-0-1. Final score of the championship game was 2-1.
The Moose Knuckles made it to the final by beating the Montreal Mets 8-1 in Semi-Final #2. In Semi-Final #1 the Guelph Blues defeated the Erindale Sexy Black Sheep 5-1.
Congratulations to all the teams that entered this years tournament and we look forward to seeing you all next year!

Great weather and great baseball for the round robin games
The 13th annual Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic Tournament was blessed with some great weather this weekend even though there was some rain for the Friday night games, they were completed and the sun shined all of Saturday as teams gave their best efforts on the field for the last time this season. For the first time in tournament history, we got to see a perfect game pitched and then we got to see the second one in tournament history.
So after Round Robin play we are left with four teams to set to battle on Sunday for the 2018 Brooklin dodgers Fall Classic tournament title.

2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic all set to go
The 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic is set to start on Friday night September 28th with two games, one in Mississauga and one in Port Hope. The Mississauga CardiKnights will be playing the Erindale Sexy Black Sheep in Mississauga at 9th Line Park at 8:00pm. The Scarborough White Sox play the Montreal Mets in Port Hope at 8:00pm.
The rest of the teams will get going on Saturday bright and early at 8:00am at three parks in the Durham Region. Games will continue throughout the day with the final two being played at 8:00pm.
The Playoffs will take place on Sunday at Clarington Fields SW starting at 9:00am.

Tournament filled with a week to go
The 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic Tournament will have 14 teams this coming year. The tournament is only a week away with games starting on Friday September 28th with two games, one in Mississauga and another in Port Hope. The remainder of the Round Robin games will take place on Saturday September 29th with games at Clarington Fields SW, Soper Creek and Ritson Field.

Team pulls out of 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic
This years 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic tournament hit it's first pothole of the year when the Nickle City Nickles had to pull out today due to a lack of pitching depth due to coaching commitments, work and health issues.
This brings the total number of teams confirmed for the tournament down to 13, with the September 14th deadline looming large.
2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic welcomes 14th team
The 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic is very happy to announce confirmation of their 14th team for this years tournament.
The 14th team is the Mississauga Orioles from the Mississauga Men's Baseball League. The Orioles took part in the 2017 tournament and are the 10th team from last years tournament to confirm their entry for the 2018 edition of the Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic.
With the total number of teams up to 14, that brings the amount of teams to it's highest level since 2012 when we had 16 teams take part.
2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic
The 2018 Brooklin Dodgers Fall Classic Tournament date has been set and is already filling up quickly. The tournament will be held on the last weekend in September, the 29th and 30th. This years tournament is already filling up and has been increased from a 12 team tournament to a 16 team tournament. This only happened recently as a fourth diamond was secured for use in the tournament. The parks that will be used this year will be Ritson Field (Oshawa), Clarington Fields and Soper Creek in Bowmanville and finally Port Hope Town Park. Tournament organisers are still on the hunt for a 5th diamond to help avoid the early 8am games on Saturday.
