Seeds 8 vs 9

Normal field is 10 players.Teams can start game with 8 or 9 players.The 9th player can enter the game at any time since the 9th spot in the batting order will be recorded as an out until the 9th player arrives.The 10th player can enter the game until the 10th spot in the batting order comes up.If an OUT IS RECORDED for the 10th spot then the 10th player can enter at any time.If an out is not recorded then the 10th player can no longer enter the game.

Teams can use an EP (extra player) an have 11 players in the batting order.The EP can go in and out of the field and replace any position player in the field EXCEPT the pitcher.This is not considered re-entry since the EP is always in the batting order.There is no re-entry rule.

Teams are allowed 2 courtesy runners.The players who will receive the runners must be designated at the start of the game.The runner will be the last recorded out.

Ghost Runner will be placed at 2nd base at the start of each extra inning.The runner will be the last batter of the previous inning.

Mercy rule is 15 after 4/  10 after 5.  The team trailing must have completed 4 or 5 turns at bat respectively.

There will be absolutely no smoking or drinking on the field/ in the dugouts or immediate field area.This includes friends/family coming to watch the games.Violation of this rule will result in immediate ejection and followup suspension.There will be zero tolerance.Why? The Parks Department is sending employees to the fields to check for violations and TAKE PICTURES.The league has already received a permit violation.We do not want another.Also dugout/field must be free of garbage.If there are no garbage cans at the field you must take it with you.I will be requesting garbage receptacles be placed at the fields from the parks department.We all need to work within the Parks rules to continue to play ball.Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

In case of rain or unplayable fields teams will be notified by 8am
