Friday Night League: 

Jerseys will be distributed this Friday, WEEK 1 9/19 prior to the 1st set of  games.  All players/Coaches MUST sign/initial for each individual jersey.  Once recieved and signed you are responsible for them.  Please see Jersey Rule listed below.  Replacement/ Lost/stolen  jerseys are $25 each and will take 3 days to order.

                                                              General League Information

   1.  6 week season, all games played on Friday nights only. (No practices) 

   2. Teams are Co-ed & age based with specific rules per Division.

   3. FNL Jersey Rule:  players & coaches MUST wear league appointed jersey. Jeseys will be distributed on week 1       

   4. Final Schedule, Roster (tab) and updated are posted on the Welcome page by Wednesday 9/17 after 7pm.

   5.  MVP & Team trophies awarded in the Championship & Playoffs 

Fresshman Division Game Rules

This divsion is based on development for the first 3 weeks, refs will teach players the calls and in games learning points.

1. All Players/Coaches MUST have FNL distributed Jersey (See Jersey Rule)

2. Two 12 minutes halves runing clock until the 2 minute mark   *Overtimes 1st: 2 mins  2nd: 1 minute  Final: 1 team to score 

3.  5 team fouls 2 shots, foul out is 5 fouls.  Technical fouls: Foul language/N word   1st: Game suspension 2nd: 3 game suspension 3rd: removal 

Intermediate/Seniors Divsion

1. All Players/Coaches MUST have FNL distributed Jersey (See Jersey Rule)

2. Two 15 minutes halves runing clock until the 2 minute mark   *Overtimes 1st: 2 mins  2nd: 1 minute  Final: 1 team to score 

3.  5 team fouls 2 shots, foul out is 6 fouls.  Technical fouls: Foul language/N word   1st: Game suspension 2nd: 3 game suspension 3rd: removal 

Skills & Drills: Training and Scrimmaging 

Is a Basketball training to provide player development for boys and gilrs ages 6-13, all skill levels.  S&D focuses on the fundementals of the game of basketball:  Ball Handling (left & Right Hand), Ball control, shooting reps, in game reps, defensive principles (2-3 zone & Man to man).  We offer replica games with Reffrees, Coaches, jerseys and more.  All games are controlled and used to help gain better undertanding of the rules, promote positive habits, team work, improve individual as well as team skill in a game setting. 

   Sign-in/out

S&D is a walk in service no contract or obliagtion to participate what so ever.  All Participants MUST be signed-In by a Parent/Guardian (18+), no child can sign in by themselves, NO Exceptions to any situation.  Any Questions, comments or concerns please reach out to Coach B Directly.
