Skills & Drills: Training and Scrimmaging 

Is a Basketball training to provide player development for boys and gilrs ages 6-13, all skill levels.  S&D focuses on the fundementals of the game of basketball:  Ball Handling (left & Right Hand), Ball control, shooting reps, in game reps, defensive principles (2-3 zone & Man to man).  We offer replica games with Reffrees, Coaches, jerseys and more.  All games are controlled and used to help gain better undertanding of the rules, promote positive habits, team work, improve individual as well as team skill in a game setting. 

   Sign-in/out

S&D is a walk in service no contract or obliagtion to participate what so ever.  All Participants MUST be signed-In by a Parent/Guardian (18+), no child can sign in by themselves, NO Exceptions to any situation.  Any Questions, comments or concerns please reach out to Coach B Directly.

S&D is a staple in the CBK family 15 year history used to build baketball skill,self confidence, IQ and conditioning, HIGHLY recommended for beginner players.

   Our Little Tikes League starts Monday 1/5 and runs for 5 weeks! This fun, beginner-friendly program is perfect for kids ages 3–5 and introduces the basics of basketball in a supportive environment.
