Saints look to have one final season in the Summer of 2018!!!
The Kokomo cfd Saints II will have one last summer of baseball in the summer of 2018. Unfortunately, we were unable to find enough 19U tournaments in the Midwest. Therefore, we have decided to have an 18U Team. The Saints are looking to add two more 18 year-old Pitchers for the 2018 season and have already picked up some very quality players, but are looking to add 2 more pitchers for the 2018 season and round the roster out with 15 to 16 players. If you will be 18 and are a pitcher and you have an interest in playing, please email Brent Owens at brent.owens@cfdinvestments.com.

cfd Saints in Omaha - Indiana Sports Journal

Kokomo cfd Saints advance to Elite 8 in Battle of Omaha
The Kokomo cfd Saints won their pool and are advancing to the Elite 8 in the Battle of Omaha. It has been a good trip for the Saints as Noah Poe, Trevor Hummer, and Ashton Guyer picked up wins in the pool play. Jaret Humphrey belted a Home Run on his 18th birthday! The players have now gone to two College World Series games. They saw TCU beat Louisville on Thursday night and they saw TCU beat Florida on Friday night. The Saints have a cross-over game today that does not count towards our standings and then play in the Quarterfinals on Sunday and if they win the Semifinals on Sunday as well. The Championship game is slated for Monday, June 26th. Stay tuned for details. All box scores and stats are up-to-date through the first 4 games of the Battle of Omaha Tournament.
UPDATE: The Saints finished with 4 Wins and 2 Losses in Omaha. They finished 4 & 1 in Pool play and then got beat 11 to 1 by Jefferson City, Missouri in the Quarterfinals. Jefferson City featured several players from the Missouri 5A State Championship High School Baseball Team and the Saints faced their best pitcher. A leftie that was named Mr. Baseball for the State of Missouri. Overall, a great experience for the Saints as they got to the Elite 8 out of 42 teams. Most members of the team saw 3 to 5 College World Series games in person. Hopefully a trip that created a lifetime of memories for the players. Saints head to Cedar Point on June 30th - July 2nd for their next tournament. Stay tuned for details. All Stats and Box Scores are up-to-date as of June 27th.

The 15U Kokomo cfd Saints II team improved to 17 & 3 as they won 4 games in route to securing a 2nd place finish in the Cincinnati Reds Youth Tournament Series at beautiful Cincinnati Reds Youth Academy. The only game that the saints lost was a 3 to 2 game in the Championship against the Midwest Prospects and the Saints were rallying with the bases loaded and the tying run on 3rd and the winning run on 2nd when a sharp line drive turned into a game ending double play. It was a great baseball game! The Saints got to play on turf fields and attended a the Cincinnati Reds against the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball game.
