Northern Harford County Maryland's recreation councils, consisting of Jarrettsville, Norrisville, and North Harford are teaming up to provide our area with high level baseball development. The programs will jointly begin in September the process of forming travel and tournament baseball teams for age groups 8U through 15U. Players will be selected during fall workouts and tryouts to represent our area for spring travel baseball, as well as select tournaments. 

By working together, each council will be represented without the rec baseball programs suffering great losses.
