20 years of coaching, motivating,  mentoring, and managing football teams and 7 year of head  coaching girl's lacrosse. There are 4 cornerstones to success: Goals, Objectives, Discipline, and Effort.  Every practice we talk about our goal, the objectives on how to accomplish those goals, and the discipline and effort it takes.    You want to be champions? 1. 8 undefeated regular seasons (Pop Warner, HBCYFL,, AYF)
2. 2001 to 2006: Won 50 straight regular season games
3. 2004 to 2006 won 3 straight National Championships
4. 70 defensive shutouts
5. Won 6 Nat'l Championships and 2 American Championships
6. Coached in 6 consecutive championship games
7. 2 time American Conference Champions.
8. Won 2002 National Championship with American team.
9. 2006 Inaugural Maryland State 9-11 Champions
10. Coached in 10 Championship games.
11. Many players are college football players in D1, D2, and D3 and the NFL.
