2025 Registration is OPEN!!  Chichester Thunder Girls Softball is a private organization serving the community of Chichester and surrounding areas including but not limited to Upper Chichester, Linwood, Trainer, Marcus Hook, Aston, Garnet Valley & Claymont DE. New for 2025, all games & practices to be held in Marcus Hook. If you have any questions before registering, please contact us.

Interested in free registration? Any family who brings in a New Gold Sponsor, your child will recieve a free registration for 2025. Sponsor must be a Gold level, new to the organziation and has not sponsored us within 5 years. For sponsorship forms, select the Forms tab and Handouts. Any questions, select the Contact Us form, and we will reply within 24 hours. 

It's that time of year again and we are very excited for another season of softball. In order for any organization to run smoothly, we need YOU.. yes YOU! Please consider reaching out to the existing board as we need as many volunteers as possible. Board positions, coaches, assistants, snack bar, & fundraising. As working parents ourselves we understand your time is valuable, and any volunteer time you can offer is greatly appreciated.  

Do you have a high schooler who needs NHS volunteer hours? Send them over! We have numerous opportunities available.  

Help us help your child have the best season ever. We look forward to the 2025 season.

T-Ball & Del Val Program information

Clinic-Tball

This program is designed for ages 5-6 years old.  Designed to give an introduction to softball teaching fundamentals in a fun atmosphere.  Practices usually 1-2 times per week for 45 minutes. If there is enough interest, we can create interim teams and will play each other, at our home fields in the Chichester area. 

Del Val Program

DelVal is a rec level light travel league for 8u, 10u, 12u ,& 14u players. The player's age as of January 1st will determine which team she will play on. Del Val games will be played both at home and some away games at surrounding communities. Practices start in March weather permitting and season starts April-June. All practices and home games will be located in Marcus Hook.
